Smaller Projects
(Less than 10,000 words)

Resumés, short stories, letters, etc. have a quick turnaround time and are billed using the prices shown below. Pricing is based on the number of words in your project and whether you want a 24 hour or 48 hour turnaround time. Turnaround time can be as quick as an hour or two if necessary.

A typical page (~250 words) costs from $3.25 to $5.50, depending on whether you choose proofreading or copy editing. A typical two-page resumé costs between $6.50 and $11.00.

Larger Projects
(10,000 words or more)

Books, novellas, and other projects over 10,000 words are usually priced at an hourly rate of $25. This is much more cost effective than a per word price. Please contact me with your project’s total word count for a project cost estimate.

If your project is 10,000-75,000 words, a minimum deposit of $100 is required before work begins. If it is more than 75,000 words, a minimum deposit of $250 is required before work begins.

Payments

Payment arrangements for my services must be agreed upon before I start work. I accept many online payment forms, including PayPal, VenMo, Zelle, and Google Pay, but I don’t take personal checks, debit cards, or credit cards.

Payment invoices can be sent to you weekly, twice a month, or monthly, depending on the agreement we make before work begins.


Writing & Design Services cost $25-$35 per hour, depending on the project.

Interviewing & Writing Stories – $25/hour

I can interview you or your clients and write a story that will help you promote your business.


Designing Marketing Materials – $30/hour

I will design flyers, brochures, signs, business cards, and other marketing materials that will help you promote your business.


Other Projects

I am open to other writing, marketing, and design projects. Please ask.

Retyping of Forms & Documents – $25/hour

I will retype forms or documents and save them as digital files so changes can be made more easily in the future. I can also revise forms or documents so they are efficient, effective, or easier to read.


Designing Websites – $35/hour

I will design a simple website using WordPress that will help market your business, products, or services to an online audience.

First time clients can get a free two-page edit before making a decision on my services.
